Expert Talk: Nutrition for Little Ones from loving mamas

BubStreet invites Alex Cameron, a Singapore Accredited Practicing Dietitian who specialises in pregnancy, fertility and children's nutrition to share her knowledge & passion on providing nutrition support through pre to postpartum and beyond, with our BubStreet Parent Community!  Join us for one or both sessions! 

In these sessions, Alex will be covering different areas of breastfeeding/ toddler nutrition according to the topic of the talk/session you sign up for!

In a gist, Alex would be happy to cover preconception, pregnancy, and breastfeeding/postpartum. We will be getting special information surrounding the opportunity we have in the first 1000 days and how we can boost our kids health/ learning ability/ behaviour through nutrition in pregnancy and early life nutrition as a few key tips around baby and toddler food. We would also bake cookies in each talk where Alex will cover each ingredient and their respective benefits in a healthy recipe prepared for you.

Session/Talk #1 - Nutrition for Mamas who are currently breastfeeding @10AM

1️⃣ 10 AM : Optimizing your nutrition during breastfeeding (Key Nutrients) + how to make your own lactation cookies. 

In this session, we'll also cover:-

- How to address low milk supply

- Energy Levels and Fatigue

- Formula Feeding

Session/Talk #2 - Nutrition for Toddlers (Healthy Diet/Meal Prep) @11AM

2️⃣ 11 AM: Raising healthy toddlers (plus we'd bake some healthy toddler-friendly cookies together!)

In this session, we'll also cover:-

- Portion Sizes

- Meal Ideas/Planning

- Picky Eating
