In these sessions, Alex will be covering different areas of breastfeeding/ toddler nutrition according to the topic of the talk/session you sign up for!
In a gist, Alex would be happy to cover preconception, pregnancy, and breastfeeding/postpartum. We will be getting special information surrounding the opportunity we have in the first 1000 days and how we can boost our kids health/ learning ability/ behaviour through nutrition in pregnancy and early life nutrition as a few key tips around baby and toddler food. We would also bake cookies in each talk where Alex will cover each ingredient and their respective benefits in a healthy recipe prepared for you.
